When they know what pornography is, how it can hurt them, and what to do when they see it, even young children can develop their own protective internal filter. When boys and girls understand how to “forget” bad pictures, resist peer pressure, find a safe adult to talk to, and other simple but powerful habits, they can develop strong immunity to protect themselves from addition and exploitation.
