UCAP’s Tribute to Collin Kartchner

Our dear friend and ally Collin Kartchner tragically passed away suddenly in October 2020, just one month after speaking at our rally in St. George. We decided that we wanted to include a tribute to Collin in the virtual conference we held on April 24, 2021.
