Whatever You Are Thinking, There You Are: Mindfulness Based Strategies for Pornography Addiction

Mindfulness based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy help individuals develop more awareness of their thoughts and feelings. Psychological flexibility allows us to be aware of thoughts and feelings without being caught up in them. When the focus of our life becomes our problems and challenges, we often feel stuck and hopeless and our life becomes more about our problems. When we focus on our values and how we want to live, we move towards living more fully and richly.
