America is suffering an untreated pandemic of harm from pornography. It is tearing at the moral fabric of America and threatens our nation, and indeed the world, in many ways. Yet, there is hope and help. Morality in Media, working with its more than 100 coalition partner groups, has a plan to lead us out of the pornified world and return to a decent society.

This Keynote Address was given by Patrick Trueman, President of Morality in Media, at the Utah Coalition Against Pornography conference in 2013.

Patrick Trueman is President of Morality in Media, the nation’s leading organization opposing pornography and indecency through public education and the application of law. Mr. Trueman is the former chief of the U. S. Department of Justice Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section in Washington, DC. During the administrations of Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush, he led successful prosecution efforts that resulted in more than 100 convictions of the top pornographers in the country.
