The Opposite of Addiction is Connection
Tyler Patrick, LMFT
Sobriety alone is not the ultimate goal for recovering from addiction! In order for lasting success to happen in recovery it is vital that a change in lifestyle based on principles of connection begin to take shape. This presentation is designed to teach practical tools that will help foster principles of self- compassion, mindful living, and authentic connection with others.
This presentation was given at the UCAP Conference SLC 2017.
