The Utah Coalition Against Pornography (UCAP) was founded in 2000 under the direction of former Bishop of the Utah Catholic Dioceses, The Most Reverend George H. Niederauer, and Steven D. Kohlert, former Public Affairs Chairman for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
